Rising 1,630 meters above the sea level, Beihai Hotel is surrounded by mountains and pine trees. It's in the Beihai Scenic Area, the best hotel for those who wish to catch the sunset or sunrise under or over the almost constant sea of clouds for which Yellow Mountain is most famous for.

This hotel is very popular with visitors to the mountain and is thus fairly high-priced. It opened in 1958 and renovated in 2008, run by the Huangshan Jinjiang International Management Co.

For dining, guests may choose from both Chinese and Western cuisine. Additional facilities include a bar, gym, steam bath, currency exchange and beauty salon.
