At the eastern bank of Huangpu River visible from the Bund is the Special Economic Zone of Shanghai called Pudong. A soaring 468 meters high (1,536 feet) tower can easily attract the attention of everyone. It is widely accepted as the symbol of Shanghai thanks to its spectacular structure.
