Day 01     HK-Kunming
HK-Kunming by flight. Pick up and transfer to hotel.

Day 02     Kunming-Dali
Tour Kunming: Stone Forest.
Transfer to train station for overnight train to Dali. Sleeper train.

Day 03      Dali
Pick up at train station and transfer to hotel in Old Town Dali. Short rest
Tour Dali: the Er Lake and surrounding fishing villages.

Day 04     Dali
Tour Cang Mountain by chairlift & trekking, Dali old Town.

Day 05       Dali-Lijiang
Express bus (3hrs) to Lijiang. Transfer to hotel.
Afternoon tour: Lijiang Old Town.

Day 06     Lijiang tour
Lijiang tour: Snow Mountain, local village and grassland with possible horse riding.

Day 07     Lijiang free
Lijiang free

Day 08     Lijiang-Kunming-Nanning
Lijiang-Kunming by morning flight. Free time
Afternoon transfer to train station for overnight train to Nanning.

Day 09-12    Nanning and surrounding areas
Explore the fascinating landscape and minority culture of South China with possible visit to the wild life in nature.

Day 12       Nanning-Guilin
Train ride to Guilin. Or bus ride. Pick up and transfer to city center hotel.

Day 13      Guilin-Yangshuo
Leisurely cruise down the Li River for around 4hrs. Arrival in Yangshuo, an idyllic small town set amongst some of the world's most beautiful landscape. Here you can hire a bike and go with a map on your own or you can also have your guide showing you around.

Day 14      Yangshuo
In Yangshuo on your own or join our tour to nearby caves, villages.

Day 15      Yangshuo-Guilin-Exit
Transfer to Guilin train station for overnight train to Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Here you can either take speedboat back to HK or by train back to HK.

Remarks:
      1. Trip can be adjusted as follows:
          a. Add Lugu Lake near Lijiang where lady decides and man follows-2 extra 
              nights required;
          b. Skip day 09-12 and go directly for Guilin-save 3 nights;
          c. Add Guizhou colorful minority tribes adventure between Kunming and 
             Guilin accommodation very basic, transportation basic, but you get what
             others do not get-4 extra nights required and drive all the way 800km in
              the mountains;
          d. Add the mountain tribe of Zhuang & Dong near Guilin for another 2 extra
              nights.
      2. Train Choice (all with A/C):
          a. Hard sleeper: 6 persons in one booth, perfect to talk around, difficult to 
              hide your privacy, toilet & wash room at the end of each car;
          b. Soft sleeper: private compartment, 4 person share, toilet at the end of 
              each car;
          c. Deluxe booth (only available between Guilin-Shenzhen and subject to
              cancellation without prior notice): private room with private bathroom and
              toilet plus a color TV, twin-share.
