A Canadian couple had a great trip in Beijing in April, 2009

Dear Fisher,
Everything about our tour was great. Lisa was a fantastic guide. We were very impressed by her English and by her knowledge. We enjoyed her jokes and Dave shared many stories with her as well. She was friendly and caring and even made a special trip to our hotel to take us to the Kung Fu show on our free evening. She waited for the show to end and went back to the hotel with us in the taxi because she didn't want us to get lost.
Lisa also made excellent choices for meals and tried to order different foods for us to try. Everything was very tasty and the Peking duck was fabulous.
Our driver was very courteous and we felt very spoiled having doors opened for us at every stop. The driving was much more calm than Dalian!
The hotel room was nice. It was a little stuffy as I don't think the air conditioning was on but we managed okay by opening the window and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
