I want to leave my thank you for your professional and kindly host during our 9 days tour through the Golden Triangle (Shanghai, Xi an and Beijing) during the 3rd and 4th week of October 2013. Our group was 4 persons, 1 from Peru, 1 from Chile, 1 from Spain and 1 from Denmark.
All the tour guides, drivers and vans was very good. In general, the hotels that you booked was very good too except the hotel in Beijing but, after our claim, you change it immediately for one clearly more expensive but you don´t asking me for more money.
I want to leave my special thanks to Shirley Zhu, as tour planner, was in charge to arrange the entire trip and was the person with whom I negotiated. She was very smart, kindly and always was trying to help me, giving me the best options.
This trip was the second that I was in China (the first one was in 2001) but in this opportunity I enjoyed much more; your team made the difference.
You will be sure that for my next trip to China I will contact with you again.
