Hi Shirley!
We're sorry for the delayed on giving you an answer about our experience with the tour.
We want you to know that we had a great time and it was because of the great service you provided for us.
We really liked all the hotels and places we visited. We think that we covered a lot of the places we wanted to visit, and without the tour it would not have been possible to see all of them.
We also liked all of the restaurants, the food was delicious in every place.(Lorena wants to buy a Wok to cook everymeal and make Kung Pao Chicken hahaha)
About our tour guides, we were very happy with them.
Leo from Beijing was our favourite. He was fun and very kind and friendly to us. But he was also very patient with us when we wanted to stop somewhere to shop or to take a picture. He was really great. Please let him know what we think.
Jessica and Luna were very nice to us too. They had a lot of usefull information about all of the places we visited and they went above and beyond to help us get to the shows they recommended us.
The only detail, is that they walk really really fast and it was really hard to keep up with them while we tried to appreciate all of the sights.
About Shanghai, it was an amazing City, we think that there is so much to see that we needed more days to enjoy it.
Leo from Shanghai was also very friendly to us. But we feel the need to tell you this because we were a little disapointed with him and we didn't say anything because we didn't want him to feel bad.
Sometimes he gave the impression that he had somewhere else to go or to be, and he needed to finish with us as soon as possible.
He also walks very fast, and we felt very rushed during our time with him.Maybe all of the people walk fast and its a cultural thing , but we believe that as a tourist you should have the time to enjoy the shops and take pictures.
We are not the kind of people that wants to stop and take pictures of everything and buy all of the souvenirs, but we want to appreciate all of your culture without feeling rushed. That is why, at the last day, we told Leo that we wanted to keep going on our own.
But let us tell you that he was never rude or with a bad attitude, we think that maybe is his personality to be really fast at everything. We are just trying to let you know that it can be something to think about because other tourists may feel the way we did.
Regardless of that last thing, everything was amazing! We can not thank you enough for the amazing experience and service you provided for us.
Thank you for the cake and all that you did to make our HoneyMoon care free.
We want you to know that we have been telling everyone about our amazing tour company, and we will keep recommending Easy Tour China everytime.
Again, Thank you so much!
Regards! :)
