We are very satisfied for the service we received from your company.
Our contact in ETC, Ms. Peicy, has been very professional, she answered immediately at each mail, she suggested us interesting places and activities showing us that she had perfectly understood the kind of tour we'd like to organise and she supported us during the tour.
All drivers were always on time, better they arrived at yeast 20 minutes earlier and tried to help us with the check in even if we could not communicate in English. I'd like to point out that the driver we had in Zhangjiajie brought a young lady with him who could speak English to help us with the tickets and the queue for Tianamen Monuntain, we really appreciated. On the other side, the man who drove us to Longsheng and back to Guillin airport was a bit reckless, even if we were not in a hurry; we have noticed that the Chinese driving is a bit sporty, but this could be considered too hazardous from an European point of view. We did not have this kind of problem with the other drivers, who drove safe and calmly even in traffic jams and rush hours (i.e. In Xi'an).
All the hotels were a good standard for us, clean, good breakfast, with wi fi and air conditioning.
As per the places we visited, we were looking for nature and outdoor activities, so we enjoy a lot the river cruise, Yangshuo countryside and we felt in love with Longji rice terraces; we stayed 3 days in Zhangjiajie that is set for Chinese turism but we managed to have nice walks and we liked Wulingyuan scenic area while Tianamen was really crowded, but this is not your fault.
No problems with internal flights, everything was in order.
To sum up, we are satisfied with ETC service, you allowed us to visit part of China even if we do not know the language and we will recommend it to anyone who have the intention of coming to China.
