At the outset, let me first apologise for my delay in replying to your mail. I had to resume work and just got busy. Sorry about that.
To begin, I am ever so glad to have organised our tour through ETC. It was just accidentally that i came across your website while i was browsing. From that very moment i have great appreciation for my tour operator, Peicy Wang who was indeed the mastermind behind our beautiful trip to China. She was very prompt in responding to my queries and always willing to give suggesions and tips regarding the trip. She was the key person to have made our holiday so cherishable. We will always be indebted to her. Also had the opportunity to meet her in Guilin.
I would also like to mention regarding the tour guides and drivers at all the cities that we visited.
1. Eric at Beijing was very knowledgeable, professional and guided us thro the beautiful city very well. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our stay in Beijing. The driver , Mr. Don was also very good and polite. Both as a team were commendable and really appreciate their professionalism. Thanks to them.
2. Eric at Xian was also a friendly and professional tour guide and made our experience there memorable. The driver Mr. Lee too was kind and good.
3. Michael at Guilin was great too. He is very good with English and was able to explain a lot of details. Driver Mr.Chen was great too.
4. Run and Tan at Shanghai were very professional and friendly.
On the whole, this was one of our best holidays to a wonderful country. I would really recommend my friends and family to visit China and organise their tours thro you and of course if they had the opportunity to interact with the same staff then it would be excellent. All of them and especially Peicy definitely needs to be rewarded. Thanks once again and look forward to another visit in future
