 Please note that on the top of Huangshan, it is very cool in Summer, compared with the hot weather at nearby metropolis like Shanghai and Hangzhou, Huangshan is definitely a very nice summer retreat. But it is humid on the mountains with plentiful rainfall. In one year more than 200 days on the mountains it is foggy and cloudy. The best time to see Mount Huangshan is the clear day after heavy rains, you will have the chance to see the so-called Cloud Sea of Huangshan. There are about 50 days snow days on the top annually.
