Longsheng, located 88 km away from Guilin City, is an area where Zhuang, Miao, Yao and Dong people are living. So the area is featured with colorful and varied folk customs of minority people. Furthermore, Longsheng is endowed with beautiful sceneries - the eye-catching rice terraces and numerous hot springs that can be seen here and there in the woods and valleys.
The main tourist attractions in Longsheng are Longji Rice Terraces, Jinkeng Rice Terraces, Ping An Zhuang Village, Huangluo Yao Village as well as the Longsheng Hot Springs national Forest Park.
