| A family from Belgium took a magnificant trip in China in June, 2009 |
Dear Mr. and Mrs.,
This mail only to thank you for the beautiul journey and time we had in China.
It was in one word MAGNIFICENT.
All you did about organisation, planning, accomodation, choise of hotels: it was all TOP.
We had a beautiful journey, a wonderful evening in Guilin, except the weather, we missed the show on the Li river, but that was not a priority at that moment.(the meal in the restaurant was more than o.k. for us).
We will always remember our wonderful guides we had, please send them our greetings and thanks to John (Beijing), Miller(Datong), Rebecca(Guilin) and Wendy (Shanghai).
All the seven are unanimously: we had the journey of our live.
First we had no intention to come back to China, (we thougt three times was enough) but after this journey all seven said:... who knows, perhaps. one of the following years...who knows...
Thanks again and all our best greeting from Belgium
Ann, Christiane, Denise, Sofie, Stefan, Dominique and
Guido.
(Mien and Paul were also very pleased to join us in Beijing and Datong. The grottoes in Datong were for Mien and Paul something extraordinary.

| An Australian couple had a memorable journey to China in June, 2009

Dear Fisher
Thank you for your email. I can't believe today is a week since our last day in Hong Kong. The time goes so quickly.
I actually resigned from my job the 2nd day back from holidays.
It was terrific to meet you in person and what a great country you live in. Darren and I had a great time and we will return.
As requested I have included feedback on the tours:
Mt Huangshan – please inform tourists to prepare an overnight bag as it is a 20 min walk to the hotel of arrival and approx 1 hour walk the next day. Carrying 15kg backpacks is tough. The hotel offers s very poor breakfast and the dinner should include one meat dish. We paid an additional 90 Yuan for an additional dish. Lunch was fine on both days. Our guide was excellent, she had a sense of humor and her English was very good. Overall we very much enjoyed our time in Huangshan.
The day tour in Hangzhou was very good, excellent lunch provided in fact too much food. Again the tour guide spoke very good English and added a visit to the tea plantation into our tour.
Our tour in Guilin was very good, the Elephant Hill however was a very disappointing attraction. Our guide was good, she does take her job very serious and has a stern personality. Our accommodation at Mangolia Hotel was the 2nd best accommodation on our trip. The room was lovely. A hotel without a lift may not suit all your customers however 3 flight of stairs was very manageable. You mentioned in a previous email the breakfast is not very good. Well, I disagree. One of the staff took us to a café and we were served a very tasty breakfast which was cooked fresh and consisted of freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt, cooked breakfast with eggs prepared to our liking and espresso coffee. In fact the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we ate in China. The breakfast at the Universal Hotel in Guilin was quite average. Both hotel locations were very convenient.
We very much enjoyed visiting Yangshou and Longi.
All drivers were also very good.
Thank you for preparing our holiday, it was very memorable.
Kind regards
Cheryl and Darren Mott

| A 12-pax Brazilian group had a wonderful experience in China from April to May, 2009 |
Hi, Ricky!
back home for over a week now its time to say hello and also to thank you again for all your efforts and help in making our adventure throughout China a wonderful experience (again!), inspite the problems that arouse with the names! I was really worried and sorry for all your struggle about that, specially about costs for you. What can we do about that?
We are still learning on this field, and never thought about organizing trips. It just happened by request of friends.
Anyway, I can tell for sure, that everyone came home enchanted by your country and surprised by all they have seen and experienced. By the way, I am sending you here a photo of the show in the mountain that was very moving, showing us the lifestyle and traditions of these mountain people. I loved it and so did everyone else! In Guilin, the night tour by boat showed us how charming your city is! We all enjoyed it very much.
Golondrina was as usual a wonderful guide, extremely efficient, kind and very helpful,
Please, send my best regards to Wei and also to James.
I'm also still thanking you for the delicious dinner and wine!
Bye for now and all the best to you.
I wish much success for your work and to Easytour.

| Two Americans had a truly remarkable trip to China from late March to April, 2009 |
Hi Fisher!
It was good to hear from you! We were so happy to have made your acquaintance while in Guillin. You are a very thoughtful individual. It has taken awhile to get back on schedule and on a sad note we had an Aunt pass away sense our return. Our visit to China was truly remarkable and we hope to return with a few friends, maybe a tour for 6-8! I am grateful to have first visited when I did as your country is changing at a rapid pace. We learned so much during our time there! The experience has allowed me to see my own country, the U.S., through different eyes. I have passed easytourchina.com and your name along to many people who have inquired about our trip. Specifically, Joel & Kayla Worries along with their daughter are planning to travel to China this summer. Also, Ed Moise and family; Aracelis Sanz and family who want to plan a trip along with several other families for next Spring. I trust you will take good care of them as you did with us.
...
Fondly, Mary
