Me and my husband spent exiting week (Otc 21-27) in China and I promised Fisher to write him more details about our trip (good things and also those which need to be improved) and I would do it as soon as I have more time.
Now I am writing to you to congratulate you on such good employee as Fisher Wang. I used to work in hospitality industry (sales and marketing department at five star hotel ) and I know how difficult sometimes it is to fulfill all customers needs and requirements, so I really appreciate Fisher's work.
I've corresponded with Fisher for many weeks asking new questions and changing itinerary every couple days. Fisher was extremely patient, answered to all my questions and doubts showing his expertise. He has made at least 6 or 7 price quotation for me. I compared your offer with couple other tour agencies and besides the fact that your prices were quite good, Fisher’s professionalism decided on choosing services of Easy Tour China. Generally I had the feeling that he was really taking good care of our trip.
So, I just wanted let you know about Fisher's great work. If we have chance to come to China again, we would definitely ask Fisher to organize it.

Thank you very much for your concern.
We have returned from our North Korean trip yesterday so are still trying to settle back.
We have very much enjoyed our trip to Xinjiang. We have seen interesting places and our guides were nice. I would like to especially thank Sasha, our guide in Urumji and Turpan, who really made an extra effort to please us. If you can somehow transmit our appreciation to her bosses, I would be greatful.

Thank you for organizing our recent visit to China. Once again your planning and your organization for us was very, very good.
The local arrangements went well and the local guides and drivers were excellent. Our accommodation was clean and in great locations for what we wanted to see and do. Similarly the transport, train, ship and cars were well chosen and suited our needs perfectly. We will continue to recommend your corporation to the retired teachers who go to China on our teaching program;
