| Hello Ricky!
Thanks a lot for everything.
We had a great time in Guilin and in Shanghai, everything was wonderful.
Although, since we had a long trip, did not sleep well during the weekend, had a long drive from Dallas to Monterrey and start working early on Monday, I still kind of feel jetlagged, dizzy, sleepy, etc... :P
Nothing serious, but struggling a little bit. Also I think I might soon get the flu :S
Please say hello to Alice for me.

A big thank you for organising our trip for us. It went without a hitch and we had a fantastic time. By the way, Michael was just terrific and would highly recommend him to others.
Andrew's Dad and wife are coming over to visit so I am looking into doing another tour similar to the one we did...

| A British family had an odyssey tour all over China in the summer vacation of July, 2006 |
Dear Amy,
I am writing to let you know that our trip around China was truly amazing. We were continuously impressed by the beauty and service. Most of the hotels were excellent. They were extremely clean (bedding) and had adequate restaurants. The hotel in Lhasa; however, had only a Chinese breakfast offered and was located quite far away from any shops or other restaurants. The staff also didn't speak any English which posed a problem when my uncle required the doctor and nobody could understand. The Lhasa hotel might be a better option for foreigners to stay in as it is centrally located also. Overall the hotels were wonderful and staff was very helpful.
We really enjoyed getting to know our guides. They were very kind to the children, spoke excellent English (except for Alex in Chengdu who was very hard to understand and didn't understand our questions), and all gave detailed historical perspectives of the areas. We would highly recommend Jenny in Shanghai and Jean in Beijing because they were amazing guides who helped us get tickets, vegetarian food, find specific places we wanted to visit, and really took great care of us all! Our family would definitely request them and refer them to our friends.
The itinerary that you organized was just right for the time we had in each place and for the interest of both adults and children. Old and young enjoyed each place. The buses were large enough to accommodate all of us and our purchases along the way.
We want to let you know, Amy, what a great job you have done in communicating with us via email and mobile. It has been a pleasure planning this trip with your company. We have already recommendated Easytour and you to our friends who are planning on touring China or parts of it. Thank you again for all your hard work in organizing such a memorable trip for my family! (We would be happy to write any recommendations for your company in the future)

Good to hear from you. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to China , and particularly meeting you and Ricky.
Well looked after by all your guides, but it would help if they wrote our names in large print, or even better typed when meeting at the airport!
English generally good, only one guide who was less easy to communicate with, and some of the guides outstandingly good.
All the guides were very well informed and taught us a great deal about China generally
Things we went to see - all interesting, and additional options given by the guides we enjoyed and were speedily arranged.
Hotels and travel - apart from my flight out - were very good!
The driving was generally not what we are used to in England, several times we held out breath at the overtaking!
Lunches - because we normally only have a very light lunch this seemed a waste of time, but we appreciate that this is a cultural difference!
Some of the days did not have enough activities, but as my husband had given you the itinerary we should complain to him not you, but it would probably have been better if we had asked you to make suggestions for our stay. If we had done it again we would have visited more places.
We have already been recommending you to our friends!
If you ever come to England we would be happy to offer you hospitality.
