This 4-day Lanzhou trip combines natural, historical and cultural spots to offer an impressive experience, including fantastic rock-carvings of Bingling Temple, the superb scenery of Sangke Grassland, and Buddhist holy land - Labrang Monstery.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Lanzhou
Arrival in Lanzhou, be met and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 Lanzhou (B, L)
One full day trip to Bingling Temple to see the Buddhist grottoes carved on the cliff. Dive back to Lanzhou.

Day 3 Lanzhou - Xiahe (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Xiahe, visit the Sangke Grassland and a home visit to a local Tibetan family. Overnight at Xiahe.

Day 4 Xiahe - Lanzhou departure (B, L)
Visit the Labrang Monstery - the center of Lamaism in South Gansu, which preserves the best Lamaism teaching system. Drive back to Lanzhou to connect your flight or train to your next destination.
