Pick you up at your hotel in the morning, visit Xinjiang Autonomous Museum and Red Hill Park, where you can have a panoramic view of the whole city. In the afternoon, pay a visit to Erdaoqiao Bazaar for some free shopping. Then transfer back to hotel.
