Day 1: Arrival in Beijing 
After arrival in Beijing, you will be met at the airport for the transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is given to leisure with time to relax after the flight.

Day 2: Beijing 
Today, we will enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. Take a 3-wheel rickshaw to Hutong to see the local people’s life.

Day 3: Beijing
Early departure to the Jinshanling Great Wall of China, a less visited section which is justifiably famous and breathtaking.

Day 4: Beijing - Xian
In the morning, visit Temple of Heaven, then transfer to fly to Xian. Be met and transferred to the hotel.
 
Day 5: Xian
Transfer to visit Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, and local Herbal Medicine Market and stroll at local Muslim quarter.

Day 6: Xi’an via Chengdu to Lijiang
Coach transfer to Xi’an airport for flight to Chengdu En route, we’ll enjoy a walk on the ancient city wall and then visit the underground museum of the fourth Han Dynasty Emperor. Upon arrival, transfer to connecting flight to Lijiang. On arrival at Lijiang, transfer to our hotel in the old town.

Day 7: Lijiang – The Old Town
After breakfast, we visit Black Dragon Pool and the Dongba Museum for a study of the local Naxi ethnic culture. In the afternoon, we take a short climb uphill for a birds-eye view of Lijiang old town and the mountains in the distance followed by a visit to the Mu Palace. Later, there will be time for you to explore the town at your leisure. In the evening, we will take in a demonstration of Naxi music in the local theatre.

Day 8: Lijiang –Tiger Leaping Gorge
Drive to Tiger Leaping Gorge where the Yangtze River surges through one of the world’s deepest gorges.

The walk starts at Changping village on a series of steep switchbacks which takes us first to Naxi Guesthouse for lunch and then to our overnight accommodation at Tea Horse Guesthouse.

Day 9: Tiger Leaping Gorge - Lijiang
Wake up to superb views of Tiger Leaping Gorge and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Walk to Halfway Inn for ’elevenses’ and then on to Tina’s House where we will have lunch and drive back to Lijiang.

Day 10: Lijiang- Kunming - Guilin
You can have a later start today in view of the long day ahead. Transfer to the airport and fly to Kunming, and connect your flight to Guilin.

Day 11: Guilin - The Mountains of Longji
After breakfast, drive to Longji to see the rice terraces and minority Zhuang village. Then drive back to Guilin city.

Day 12: Yangshuo
Cruise down the Li River with wonderful views of the surrounding limestone karst mountains which rise dramatically from the valley floor (lunch is included on the boat).
Upon arrival in Yangshuo, we walk the short distance from the wharf to our hotel. In the afternoon, an excursion will be arranged to Moon Hill one of the main peaks of the region.

Day 13: Yangshuo
Today, we transfer to Yulong Bridge for a lovely walk alongside the Yulong River. We follow the trail through the Yangshuo countryside to a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, return to Yangshuo for free time to explore the town.

Day 14: Yangshuo – Guilin – Hong Kong
Visit to a local green tea farm and to a Chinese Landscape Painting Gallery. Lunch in Guilin followed by a transfer to the airport for our flight to Hong Kong.

Day 15: Hong Kong –The Dragon’s Back Trail
Described by Time Magazine as ‘the city’s finest and most surprising ramble’, we walk on the Dragon’s Back Trail high above the city.

In afternoon, we cross by Star Ferry to Kowloon to indulge in some last-minute shopping and enjoy the stunning light show across the Hong Kong skyline.

Day 16: Hong Kong – Victoria Peak and Kowloon and Transfer to Airport
This morning, we board the Peak Tram funicular railway and ascend to the summit for magnificent views of the city and Victoria Harbour. We then descend by railway.
Transfer to Hong Kong airport and fly to your next destination.
