2-day Chongqing Tour

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Chongqing (no meal)
Arrive in Chongqing. Be met & transfer to your hotel. If time permits, experience the local cable car over the Yangtze River for the panoramic view of the high skyscrapers located along the Yangtze River.

Day 2 Chongqing departure (B/L/D)
Full day trip to Dazu Stone carving (about 2-hour from the city center), Ciqikou Ancient Town. and China Three Gorges Museum. After dinner be transferred to board the Yangtze Cruise Ship.

-Dazu Stone Carving: representative of an ancient Chinese art tradition; unparalleled works of art in the world; included by UNESCO as a World Heritage site in 1999.

-Ciqikou Ancient Town: an old town preserved in sprawling modern Chongqing; about one-hour drive from the city center; Making Chongqing a famous historical and cultural city with a history of more than 1,800 years.

-China Three Gorges Museum: situated opposite the Chongqing People's Hall; not only a specified museum of Three Gorges, but also a comprehensive museum of history and art.
