When the hotel listed in our service confirmation is not available, the hotel at the same or better level will be substituted. Easy Tour China will inform you immediately before the arrival in China.
Easy Tour China will try to reserve a double-bed room if clients requested, and we can't 100% guarantee its availability as some hotels in China have very limited double-bed rooms, and they follow the rule of "First come, first served".
We offer assistance in arranging room shares, but cannot guarantee its availability. Singles who wish to share with another should request this at time of booking and will be booked as a single but willing to share if possible. If on your arrival there is another person willing to share, then the single supplement will be refunded.
