ETC former client from USA recommended us to her friend who will come to China in the furture

Dear Rosemary:
I visited with Easy Tour China over the internet and by phone for several months before my trip last September. But I also had concerns that I could be duped. I knew that I wanted to visit Guilin any way on my trip. So after entering at Hong Kong and Guangzhou, I took a train to Guilin. I met with Charlie Chen individually and i took my final payment in person to hisa office where he introduced me to the founding partners. I had no concerns about legitimacy after our meetings. My daughter and her roomate who were to meet me later in my trip sent their payment to Easy Tour without delay after I assured them to do it. Charlie was wonderful to meet and to handle my trip arrangements. Everything that his agency handled either met or exceeded our expectations. We needed to make one last rearrangement in our schedule (for three persons) before our final departure from China at the end of November. Easy Tour was able to accomodate that without any difficulty.
The travel books often suggest an agency called ****. I contacted them once while I was there. I saw an average operation without much concern for individual service. The travel books suggested waiting to book some tours at the city where the site was located to get a cheaper rate. I did this for a trip to Macau by going to a local agent in Ong Kong. The two-day trip was okay but I it was so much more trouble and worry ( I was still traveling by myself) that I do not recommend it. I also made my own train arrangements after the Yangtze riverboat tour that Charlie had arranged for me. ( I wanted to make a sidetrip to Wudang Mountain). I was able to catch the bus to Wudang but lost telephone connection with my husband in that small town. He worried excessively about me during that couple of days. And the train connection from there to Beijing was complicdated by the fact that the train had dropped passenger service to the little town. I had to convince a nice taxi driver to make an hour journey to get me to the next train station. And we laugh about it now, but it was not so funny at the time when my three sleeping cabin mates on the train were all men!
I hope by now that I have convinced you to make all or most of your trip arrangements through Easy Tour. Do not risk life and limb like me by trying to make some arrangements on your own--there are too many unforseen complications. Everything that Easy Tour arranged worked well for me and my daughter and her friend.
I loved China and I would go back in a minute. And I would rely again on Easy Tour to make my trip arrangements without any hesitation.
