Everything is fine Ricky, starting with your tour consultant Ms. Peicy Wang who is friendly, efficient and always replying my emails promptly. I think she can be a great marketing tour consultant to your firm!
We got a nice and pleasant driver too, that is Mr. Chai who is always smiling when seeing us . Of course, a lot of credits goes to Mr. Michael Song our tour guide. We were truly impressed with his rendered services. He is always punctual, presentable, speaks excellent English and shared his extensive knowledge of the places with us in an entertaining way. Please extend our thanks and gratitude to Ms. Peicy Wang, Mr. Chai and Mr. Michael Song for a job well done. It was indeed a great teamwork and we felt really safe and sound under their care during this 4 days 3 nights outing at Guilin/Yangshuo.
As for the hotel service,no doubt Eva Inn's location is good but the cleanliness is average. I think they never vacuum the room's carpet for a long time and the room lighting is dark and the odor of cigarette smoke is everywhere, inclusive the pillows and blankets.
