Thanks for the quick e-mail. We spent 2 weeks in Shanghai and Beijing, and I think all members of our party agree that this tour was the highlight of the trip.
1) The tour was arranged very well - John arrived on time and the Toyota accomodations were roomy and comfortable. The Garden Resort had very good food, and the drive to Simatai went well.
2) Simatai - Jinshanling Walk - What an incredible experience. I have visited 5 continents and many sights, and this is my new favorite. Compared to friends who went to Badaling, the experience we had was unmatched. Highly recommended.
3) John - John did a great job. He was humorous, personable, and very accomodating to our group's needs. When we needed to be flexible (1 group member couldn't make it..John organized the driver to pick him up and we adjusted flawlessly). Would highly recommend John in the future.
