Polar Ocean World   

Composed of Polar Ocean Animals Museum, Ocean Technology Museum, Bars and Catering Street, sea view shops, four-star sea view hotel and fisherman's wharf, Qingdao Polar Ocean World is one of the seven planed travelling programs for the 2008 Olympic Games in Qingdao. Now it has become a large theme park where people could enjoy food, accommodation, transporting, traveling, shopping and entertainment.

Qingdao Polar Ocean World owns the largest polar ocean theater in the world which accommodates 2800 audiences. It contains a pole aquarium, a museum of marine science and technology, a bar street, a commercial street and a four-star hotel with access to ocean views, a fisherman's wharf. In Qingdao Polar Ocean World you can see white whales, walruses, polar bears, otters, seals, penguins and other rare polar animals in the mixed breeding pond of marine animals. Through the glass viewing window, you can see the filtering circulation system of sea water, which will help you to find out how an aquarium works. Besides that, the Ocean World popularizes visitors the popular science knowledge about the Polar Regions, oceans and animals through high-tech devices like electric platforms.
