A 2-day sightseeing tour in and around Dali to view historic Three Pagodas, Charming Dali Old Town, the enchanting scenery of the Erhai Lake, and unique Bai-style houses in Xizhou town.
Be met & transfer to your hotel. Visit Three Pagodas and Dali Ancient Town.
--Three Pagodas: about 1 kilometer (0.6 mile) northwest of the ancient city of Dali; having a history of over 1,800 years; a symbol of the history of Dali City, and a record of the development of Buddhism in the area.
--Dali Ancient Town: about 13km away from Xiaguan in Dali City and is one of Dali's Three Ancients-ancient city, ancient pagoda and ancient steles; with history dated back to 1382 during the Ming Dynasty.
Day 2 Dali departure (B/L)
Take cruise on the Erhai Lake and then transfer to visit Xizhou Bai Minority Village. After that drive to the airport (train station) for the flight (train) to your next destination or proceed to Lijiang.
--Erhai Lake: shaped like an ear; located about two kilometers east of Dali; the largest highland lake next to Dianchi and one of the seven biggest fresh water lakes in China.
- -Xizhou Bai Minority Village: 18 kilometres north of Dali with a history dated back to the Sui Dynasty (581-618 AD); a town that is famous for the Bai minority culture.
