I am a 60+ woman who loves to travel, with family and friends or on my own. I've done many tours on my own and can say that Easy Tour China is one of the best tour company I've had the pleasure to use. Everything was very well organized.
Jackie, my main contact, took care of everything (hotel, transport, tour guides, etc.) and even helped me with internet connections and phone service. He stayed in touch the whole time I was there, making sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule. Which it did! Even on days when I didn't have a guide with me, Jackie was there for me. He answered all of my calls and text messages very quickly and always with the answers I was looking for. Jackie made my trip to Beijing easy, stress-free, confortable, safe, and so very interesting! It was a beautiful discovery, every day. Also, it was truly comforting to know he was there for me. When you are stress-free in a foreign country, this makes your experience so much more enjoyable.
As for my guide, Dina, she is such a wonderful guide as well! She went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful visit of Beijing: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Old Hutong neighborhoods, Lake Houhai, and more. She also helped me with public transport (how to buy tickets, how subway and bus systems work, how long it takes to go from one area to another, etc.), and the restaurants we went to had delicious food for a modest price. Dina is from Beijing and knows the city extremely well. Her stories about China, the Chinese people, history of Beijing, Chinese culture and traditions were great. I learned a lot with her. And it was really interesting: not too much info, not too little. Also, tour guides often take you to stores where they get a commission but that's not Dina: she is not the kind of guide that pushes for consumption. She is truly considerate of you, the visitor, and she'll take you where YOU want to go, to do what YOU are interested in doing, and she'll make suggestions if you ask her for something specific.
This was my first visit to China and based on this introductory experience in this beautiful country, I am definitely going back. I had to thank Easy Tour China for this. It is truly an exquisite tour company and without a doubt, I will use it next time I am in China. Very trustful and well organized tour company!
