Generally speaking, there are 4 steps for your reference:
- Email us or fill in the inquiry form on our site to give us your detailed tour plan: the arrival time, tour length, destinations, number of people, your contact method and other necessary information;
- After receiving your inquiry, our travel specialist will reply you as soon as possible (usually within 12 hours) and give you a tentative itinerary and helpful travel information;
- After further discussion about the tour programs, our travel specialist will modify the itinerary and work out one that suits your needs. If you accept our offer, then the specialist will advise you how to finish the booking procedures;
- In order to secure the booking, we’ll request you to pay a deposit or full payment if it is an urgent booking.
