How Many Days to Stay in Chongqing?

If you only have 1 to 2 days, you can have a city tour of Chongqing to explore the landmarks and highlights, including Hongyadong, the Yangtze River Cableway, Jiefangbei Monument, Eling Park, Nanshan Night View, and Ciqikou Ancient Town.


If you have 3 to 4 days, you can add Wulong Karst and the Dazhu Stone Carvings to your itinerary.


It is Safe to Travel to Chongqing?

Yes. Generally speaking, it is safe to travel in Chongqing, even at night. However, you still need to be ware of thieves and keep your personal belongings safe, especially in crowded tourist areas and night markets. Additionally, if you have a sensitive stomach, are traveling with children, or cannot tolerate particularly spicy foods, please opt for lighter fare.
