Sorry for taking too long to answer but after my arrival to Shanghai from Harbin I've been very busy. The trip was awesome!! everything was very good, driver, guide, hotel, car and the timing was perfect for doing everything..maybe just needed more time in the snow and ice world, because the place is huge and the activities to do there take too much time..but still I enjoyed and liked it very much.
Also the service you provided me, all the information, the quick replies and your attention, also made the tour a very good experience. Guide and driver were very flexible and nice during the trip, car was warm and big enough for the 3 of us and there was no problem at all with any during my stayed at Harbin.
As for you, I wish you the best greeting for the Chinese Holidays that just past and good luck in your work and family.
