I apologize for the delay in replying to your email. It's been a bit crazy since we came home. I would like to pass my comments on to you about our most recent trip. First let me say that the guides were fantastic. If I had to rank them Leo would be number one, Vina second, and Jessica would be third. Each one of them went out of their way to make sure our family had a great time. The drivers in each of the places we also very good. Vehicles were clean and they were always very punctual. The itinerary was very suited to our needs. Hotels. The best was the Marriott in Beijing. I think on a star average it was a five star. The other two I'm not so sure however they were comfortable and clean. Although we had a mix up in Shanghai with the rooms we managed. I would like to thank you for providing dinner that evening. We went to a teppanaki restaurant which was very entertaining. The kids throughly enjoyed it. I did appreciate that you contacted us throughout our trip a couple of times to make sure we were ok. All in all we had a fantastic time and have memories that will last us a lifetime. I would not hesitate in recommending your company and should you ever need a reference do not hesitate to contact me.
