I just wanted to send you a 'Thank You' note about our recent trip to China. The trip was wonderful and everything was set up very well. Thank you for doing such a good job. I wanted to especially acknowledge both Betty in Beijing and Porshe in Shanghai for their outstanding service. They really went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable for us. I know that you received some negative feedback from someone in our party but I wanted to assure you that her comments were the minority.
