I can only say good things about Easy Tour China. Peicy was our first contact and she was always very prompt at answering any of my questions. She was flexible and efficient. I even had to move the trip by one day and move the visits around and she reorganized everything like a professional. On arrival we had to change our pick-up time and location on the same day and that was also handled perfectly. Thank you Peicy!
Jennifer picked us up, very nice, perfect English and made sure we were all good at the hotel.
Linda (our guide) and Lao Gao (our driver) made a very good team. Always on time, pleasant, helpful and efficient. We felt welcomed and cared for. The car was very comfortable and clean and our driver really, really good. Linda was caring and had all the answers to our questions. She made sure we were always happy with the plans and told us good stories everywhere we went. She was very nice, smily and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time!
