Hello from Ireland - we arrived home safely yesterday after a long, but straightforward journey home!
I wanted to email to say a massive THANK YOU for all of your help and support in planning our trip to China. We had a wonderful time being introduced to China, and that was largely thanks to the tour you arranged for us. Nothing was difficult for us during the planning stages and everything went very smoothly during the trip.
The itinerary was extremely enjoyable - we were just sorry we didn't have enough vacation time to stay longer! The guides in each location were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed getting to know them during the time we were with them. The hotels were well located and clean, and the breakfast offerings were excellent. The drivers were always punctual and their vehicles were kept very well.
I really appreciated you reaching out to Ellen ahead of our flight to Shanghai to let us know about the change of guide; it just increased our opinion of how well organised you are as a travel agent.
Once again, I would just like to offer a heart felt thank you for everything. We certainly plan to return to China in the future and I will be reaching out to you and to Easy Tour China to assist in planning our next trip, whenever that may be.
