I will say booking EasyChina tour was a good experience. Being able to enter so many sites without having to wait in long lines was wonderful. Also China has the least English speaking residents. I do not expect the world to speak our language but it proved to be difficult to find directions and basic information. Having our guides was very nice to have. I do wish I had known about the national holidays in China beforehand. I may have changed my travel dates if I knew how much of the population comes into the cities on these holidays. I was worried after booking line but upon arrival I was very happy I had done so. Our three guides were very professional and helpful. I did not feel like they were pushing us to buy things. This was the case of my other visits to China. They were helpful beyond what their job asked of them. My daughter and I enjoyed our tour very much. Henry was young but he was our best guide. He made everyday with him an adventure and lots of fun. He gave us the time to enjoy the things we wanted to enjoy.. He was never pushy about his being in control. Brian was more businesslike and wanted to keep things very controlled and to his time schedule. He was very efficient but we felt he did everything and gave nothing extra. We were spoiled by Henry so this was a little disappointing. Shanghai was extremely hectic with the Labor Day crowds. Bonnie did what she could to make sure we saw the sights. We felt bad for her as the city was overcrowded. We found the best sightseeing we did was on our own. We felt she really tried to do her job and she did fine.
Overall we really liked our trip. And we highly recommend your services. It was the best choice we made. The hotels were great and all the transportation provided was excellent. Thank you for making this father/daughter trip a trip of a lifetime. Leo was the best at communicating and helping me in every way possible. My only regret is not meeting him in person.
