We just returned from a 3 week customized tour of China and couldn't be happier with the level of service that we received from Easy Tour China.
We are a group of four, relatively fit friends in our 60's. We had all travelled extensively in many parts of the world, but had limited experience in China. We wanted a mix of hiking, cities, villages, authentic cultural experiences, and of course food was a priority!
Charlie designed an itinerary for use that met all of these goals. He adjusted and rearranged the schedule to accommodate last minute flight cancellations and availability of guides. He was our "behind the scenes" support and did a truly heroic and professional job of it.
The guides and drivers were also very good. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and fully of enthusiasm for their parts of the trip. They helped us arrange additional activities, made sure we knew the history behind what we were seeing, recommended local foods to try, and really enriched our time there.
Accommodations exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all well located and high quality. They ranged from pretty and simple to truly extraordinary.
Oh, the wonders we saw.... The sites of Beijing, hiking on The Great Wall, the ancient towns of Lijiang and Shuhe, monasteries, temples, food markets, Zhangjiajie, Tiger Leaping Gorge, a bike ride around Dali and Lake Erhai, the Great Panda Breeding Center, a truly amazing Szechuan cooking class....
