This is our second trip to China booked and coordinated by Jackie from Easy Tour China. My family had a good experience with our previous trip and this trip did not disappoint us at all. Jackie was very responsive and efficient during the process of planning for the trip. As my dad wanted to visit his dad's hometown in Hainan, Jackie helped to customize our itinerary to our needs.
Our guide Cynthia and driver were both very friendly and informative, making the trip very smooth. We were very thankful of them going an extra mile to ensure that we had our dinner every day before bringing us back to our hotel despite our special vegetarian dietary requirement making it hard to find restaurants.
The local guides/drivers and hotels coordinated by Easy Tour China were all of good quality and trustable. They refunded us some entrance tickets that we pre paid after realizing my elderly parents can get discounts - something that we would not have known and they could have easily keep the money for themselves but they did not. I will definitely recommend booking a trip with them esp if travelling with elderly for a fuss free experience :)
