Be met at the airport and transfer to your hotel at downtown.

One day coach tour. First go to the Forbidden City. It is the essence and culmination of traditional Chinese architectural accomplishment with over 500 years’ history. Secondly go to the Temple of Heaven, included in the World Heritage List in 1998, is well-preserved Altars buildings. Thirdly go to the Summer Palace, a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design, whose natural landscape of hills and open water is combined with artificial features such as pavilions, halls, palaces to form a harmonious ensemble of outstanding aesthetic value.

Today a coach tour to Mutianyu Great Wall and the Ming Tomb is planned. Mutianyu Great Wall is a World Heritage Sites and highlight ancient architecture. This less-crowded section of the Great Wall is about 2.5 hours' drive from downtown Beijing. Then the Ming Tomb is located in Changping District, about 50 kilometers from the northwest of Beijing, are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The tombs area is so vast that tourists only see two of the 13 tombs normally, Chang Ling and Ding Ling.

Free day for your own exploration to Wangfujing Shopping Avenue or Hutong or Houhai. Wangfujing, anchored by large upscale shopping malls at each end of the pedestrian mall, is one of the most famous shopping streets. Hutongs, give a wonderful glimpse into yesterday’s world, the old way of life and traditional Beijing culture, and highlight the dramatic changes the rest of Beijing has undergone. Houhai, an integral part of Shichahai, was the royal exclusive pool in ancient time and now is a home to several popular restaurants, bars and cafes. Later, your own arrangement to the train station and board the overnight train to Xian.
In the morning, arrival in Xian, be met and transfer to hotel at downtown. Then you can enjoy free time to take own exploration to the symbolic Bell Tower which locates in the central downtown and was built in 1384 during the early Ming Dynasty with a height of 36 meters and covers an area of 1,377 square meters. Then a walk at the old quarters of the city is also in plan for you to experience the real life of Xian people. 

Half day tour to Xian’s must-seeing sight--Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is known as the eighth wonder of the world and a museum to display terra-cotta warriors and horses in Tang Dynasty. The museum mainly consists of three vaults and an exhibition hall and the Exhibition Hall of the Bronze Chariots. After the visit, your own arrangement to the train station and board the train to Shanghai.

Arrival in Shanghai, be met and transfer to the hotel at downtown. Free day for your own exploration all around this modern city. Our recommendations are: wander along the famous Bund to appreciate the modern and historical atmosphere there with the breeze blowing from Huangpu River. Then go shopping and take a glimpse of the bustling shopping center Nanjing Road. Yu Garden nearby is an ideal attraction--the only fully restored classical Chinese garden which was inaugurated in the Ming dynasty and has a total area of 20,000 square meters that demonstrates perfectly the sophisticated art and create a world in miniature.

Another free day for your own exploration. Suggest for some further trip. For example, the featured ancient and water town nearby Shanghai, Zhujiajiao is ideal for cozy. Unique old bridges across bubbling streams, small rivers shaded by willow trees, and houses with courtyards where is full of antiquity, leisure and tranquility. Shanghai Expo Park, the French Concession, and Oriental Pearl TV Tower and so on are also highlights during Shanghai tour.
