Arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport. The driver will greet you at the exit of Arrival Hall & transfer to your hotel (only driver service). Free for the rest of the day.

Pick up at your hotel between 7:00am and 8:30am. This tour starts at Tian'anmen Square with its plentitude of monuments testifying to the communist, and more specifically, Mao's influence on China's modern history. From there you will proceed to the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palaces group in the world with 500 years history. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours. On the way to Temple of Heaven, you will have a chance to visit the Chinese traditional medicine culture. After having a short rest, we'll visit the Temple of Heaven -- the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world, where the ancient Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. The visit to Temple of Heaven takes about 1 hour.

After Chinese lunch (40 minutes) in Restaurant, enjoy a short visit to a pearl free market not missed. Drive (30minutes) to Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden. It is regarded as a museum of gardens in China. The visit takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Transfer back to your hotel.

Temple of Heaven

Around 7:00am pick up from your hotel in downtown Beijing. Then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall, which is located in Huai Rou County on the north-east of Beijing. This section of the Great Wall is about 75 KM from the center of Beijing. The Mutianyu Great Wall was constructed built based on the relics of Beiqi Great Wall by the famous general, Xu Da, who is under Zhu Yuanzhang in 1368.Arrive at Mutianyu Great Wall at around 9:30. The round trip hike is about 6 km and takes about 3 hours. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. It’s known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year. The hiking tour finishes around 13:30pm. Then go for lunch. After lunch, transfer back to your downtown hotel in Beijing.

Mutianyu Great Wall

Transfer to train station, take high speed train to Xi’an (only driver service). Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel. Free at leisure the rest of day.

Pick up service from your hotel by your tour guide at 8:00 and drive for about 1 hour to visit The Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses. You will have 2.5 hours to explore Emperor Qinshihuang’s Terracotta Army. These terracotta warriors, horses and chariots are the size of a real army, and were buried alongside the Emperor in a vast underground palace. Today they constitute a spectacular monument, showcasing the power and resources of Imperial China. Qin Terracotta Army is known as “the eighth wonder in the world”.Afterwards, visit Emperor Qinshihuang Mausoleum (30 minutes). Have lunch in a local restaurant, then have a short visit at the Terra-Cotta Replication Factory. Transfer back to downtown Xian, and drop off at your hotel before 15:00.

Transfer to airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, the driver will transfer you to Hotel (only driver service). Free at leisure the rest of day.

During the tour, you will experience both the “Classic and Modern” Shanghai. Pick up from your hotel by your tour guide at 7:30, and drive to visit Shanghai highlight attractions one by one: the Shanghai Old Street (30 minutes), Yu Garden, the best preserved ancient Chinese private official garden in Shanghai (1 hour), featured shopping at Yu Garden Typical Shanghai Tea House (30 minutes), The Bund, for 50 colonial architecture and many spectacular views in one mile stroll, Shanghai Old Wax Figure Museum, showing everyday scenes of people living in Shanghai (1.5 hour), Featured Shopping at Pearl City (30 minutes), Old French Concession, a lovely chance to take a trip back in time (30 minutes), with many shops and eating / drinking opportunities. Transfer back to your hotel before 18:00.
