Day

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your local tour guide. And then be transferred to hotel by private vehicle. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest time at leisure to relax and explore the charming city.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from hotel for a full day city sightseeing. The first stop is Yuexiu Park. As the largest park in Guangzhou, Yuexiu Park covers 93 hectares including some well-known attractions like the Sculpture of the Five Rams and the Zhenhai Tower. The Sculpture of the Five Rams built in 1959 is the symbol of Guangzhou. Then we visit the Chen Family Temple. It was established during the Qing dynasty in 1894 with funding from members of 72 Chen clans, and thus served to accommodate the families' young candidates as they prepared for the imperial examinations.

You will have typical Cantonese Zaocha style meal for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Southern Yue King Mausoleum Museum, which houses the tomb of the second ruler of Southern Yue Kingdom called Zhao Mo during Han Dynasty dating back to 100 B.C. One of the most important excavated objects is the silk-jade garment made up of 2,291 pieces of jade is the spotlight of the mausoleum. Later, we go to Shamian Island. Shamian Island was divided into two concessions given to France and the United Kingdom by the Qing government in the 19th century. Transfer back to hotel afterwards.

Admire the beautiful architecture of Chen Family Temple

After breakfast, you will be picked up from hotel and we will drive about 2 hours to Kaiping. Visit the Kaiping Diaolou and Villages, consisting of four groups of Diaolou, totaling some 1,800 tower houses in their village settings, was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2007. Immigrants of Kaiping people played significant role in the development of several countries in South Asia, Australasia and North America. Kaiping Diaolou and Villages is the best reflection of it and served as close links between overseas Kaiping and their ancestral homes.

Continue your trip and drive another 2 hours to Zhuhai. Passing the Gongbei Port, you will get to Macau easily. And then our local guide will transfer you to your hotel in Macau. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest time at leisure to relax, or explore the surroundings on your own.

Visit Kaiping Diaolou buildings and the nearby village

Our first visit is the Ruins of the St. Paul Cathedral, which is the iconic landmark of Macau. It was a Gothic church constructed by Portuguese in 1580 and once the largest cathedral in Asia. The front facade and the grand stone stairs are the only remains of the largest church. Later we go ahead to visit the adjacent Mount Fortress. The Fortress covers an area of 10,000 square meters and in the shape of a trapezoid. Just down the Road, in the heart of Senado Square is the beautiful St. Dominic's Church which dates back to the early 1600s, when it was founded by Dominicans. Have a stroll at the Senado Square and appreciate the European style buildings surrounding.

Afterwards, transfer to visit A-Ma Temple which is located in the southeast of the Macau Peninsula. It is the oldest temple here. It consists of prayer halls, pavilions and courtyards built into the boulder-strewn hill and connected by winding paths through moon gates and tiny gardens. Later let’s have a photo stop at Macau Tower, which is one of the most famous landmarks of the city. Finally have an exhilarating experience at Macau Casino. Play a hand or join in the gambler in their exciting sport.

After today’s sightseeing, take Turbojet to Hong Kong and transfer to hotel to have a good rest.

After breakfast, transfer to visit the Victoria Peak on the western half of Hong Kong Island. With an elevation of 552 m (1,811ft), it is the highest hill on Hong Kong Island. Then transfer to Repulse Bay, located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island. It is now one of the most expensive housing areas in Hong Kong. Then visit the Aberdeen Fishing Village, where a large number of people (about 6000) who lived and worked on the junks moored there. Over the years the number of the boats has dwindled as more and more of the "boat people" have moved into high-rises or abandoned fishing as a career. The harbor is still worth a look.

The next stop is the Stanley Market, located in the charming village of Stanley. This is a typical example of a traditional open-air market and well known for its bargains. Many of the stalls or shops in Stanley Market sell Hong Kong souvenirs as well as clothing. After that, transfer to visit the Avenue of Stars, the first of the similar site in Asia. You can see plaques honoring celebrities from the silver screen, and those behind the camera. The latest addition is a bronze statue of the legendary Kung-fu acting star Bruce Lee. The following spot is the Victoria Harbor, one of the world's busiest and most impressive natural harbor. Hong Kong's striking coastline and the countless container vessels, junks, sampans and pleasure craft gliding around the harbor create an exciting view.

This afternoon is the free shopping time on your own.
