My friends and I just returned from our 14 days wonderful trip with Easy Tour China. Our attempt was trying to cover most main attractions in Hunan, Jiangxi as well as Yunnan in 14 days. The challenge was that many of these places are rather far apart and we might end up spending most of our time on the road...Luckily we found Easy Tour China!
Thanks to Silvia of Easy Tour China, she did an excellent job in assisting us to plan a complete itinerary with a perfect balance of tour activities, travelling time as well as our leisures time. During the whole trip, though not physically be with us, Silvia was quick to respond when needed as if she was there with us at all time. For instance, our flight from Zhangjiajie to Kunming was unexpectedly cancelled by the airlines due to some technical problems and there was no other flight available on the day. This flight cancellation would mix up our tight schedule and would affect the rest of our trip activities, hotels, etc. Within half an hour after contacting Silvia via Whatsapp, she managed to booked the hi-speed train tickets, arranged a private van to take 5 of us from the airport to the train station, so that we all could catch the train and were able to reach Kunming on the same day with no major effect to our original plan (several more hours delayed but that was OK).
All in all, Silvia was super friendly, smart and knowledgeable, helpful, honest, considerate and extremely responsive. We really enjoyed our 14 amazing days with Easy Tour China and would recommend it to friends and anyone. Will definitely come back.
