Take a private escorted tour to Temple of Heaven, a complex of religious buildings, which was the site of the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for good harvest, now you can see the local Beijingers, especially the elderly, doing morning exercises here. Join the locals and take a Tai Chi lesson at Temple of Heaven. For senior travelers, the soft moves and kicks are good for your health mentally and physically. Secondly, go to the Tiananmen Square, located at the heart of Beijing, is the world's largest city center square.
Then proceed to the Forbidden City, officially as the Imperial Palace Museum, was constructed between 1406 and 1420 by the Ming emperor Zhu Di and witnessed the enthronement of 14 Ming and 10 Qing emperors over the following 505 years.

- Beijing Kung Fu Show: A rare chance to watch the real Shaolin Kung Fu. The performers are the best and have mastered the difficult moves.
- Beijing Opera Show: It is one of the most famous traditional Chinese opera. The artists wear heavy make-up and act out the legends and romance with their unique style of singing and dance.

A visit to the Great Wall is the highlight during your Beijing tour. We have a private escorted tour to Mutianyu Great Wall today. For the elderly travelers, we arrange you the round way cable car to save time and energy. Mutianyu has the largest construction scale and best quality among all sections of Great Wall. In the old days, Beijing City is like a boxy bean curd or a chess board with each Hutong lying. This square layout not only influences Beijinger's way of living, but also affects their thoughts and actions. A pedicab Hutong tour is prepared for you to have a closer experience.

The Summer Palace comes first on today's plan. Its 70,000 square meters of building space features a variety of palaces, gardens and other ancient-style architectural structures. If the weather is good. You may take a dragon boat cruise on Kunming Lake for relaxation and a full view of Summer Palace. Then transfer to take a high-speed train to Xian from Beijing. The train from Beijing to Xian takes 4.5hrs - 5.5hrs with highest speed at 300kmh (186mph). Be met and transfer to hotel at downtown.

In the morning, transfer to visit the famous Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which is one of the highlight attractions in China. It is significant because the hundreds of detailed life-size models. To avoid crowds of tourists, we will start little bit early today. From the entrance to exhibition hall, you will take battery car instead of 20mins walk. Learn from your expert guide the facts and history of Terracotta Army. In the afternoon, visit the Bell Tower, which locates in the central downtown and was built in 1384 during the early Ming Dynasty with a height of 36 meters and covers an area of 1,377 square meters.
OPTIONAL NIGHT SHOW
- Tang Dynasty Singing and Dancing Show - A wonderful performance of the ancient music and dance. This is also a good way know more about the ancient Tang dynasty and some more history and art of that period.
Take flight to Chongqing, be met and transferred to visit Chongqing Zoo to see lovely Giant Pandas first. And then go to the Ciqikou old town, locates at the Shapingba District of Chongqing, is a 1000-year-old small ancient town standing on the west bank of Jialing River. After dinner, board the luxurious Yangtze cruise--it offers fascinating highlights such as beauty of Three Gorges, colorful shore excursions, and the mammoth Three Gorges Dam, etc.

On board, you may join the morning Tai Chi class, and take shore excursion to "the Ghost City" Fengdu or Shibaozhai depending on the schedule of the cruise companies. Today you’ll get a close look of the enchanting landscape as you board a small boat and cruise along a tributary to the Yangtze to explore the exceptionally beautiful Lesser Three Gorges or Shennong Stream depending on the arrangement of the cruise company.

Shore excursion to the amazing Three Gorge Dam: it is the world's largest power station in terms of installed capacity (22,500 MW). Later, disembark at Yichang. After lunch, transfer to airport and fly to bustling Shanghai.

In the morning, lead you to Yu Garden in the downtown area. It was inaugurated in the Ming dynasty and has a total area of 20,000 square meters. As a paragon of the south Chinese landscaping style, it is a must-see sight in Shanghai. Then the People's Park,a lovely place to escape the hustle-bustle of city life. There is a Matchmaking Corner here, where the information of many single men and women are published here by their parents in public in aim of finding an ideal partner for marriage. Then go to the Bund to see the old and new Shanghai at the each side of Huangpu River. Later, wander in Nanjing Road-- the world-famous shopping paradise nearby the Bund.

- The Acrobatics Show at night- It is not to be missed in Shanghai. Acrobatics is one of the oldest performing arts in China. Here you will see the amazing feats of balance and skill.
