Upon arrival, be picked up and transferred to the hotel.

After breakfast, drive 320 km to Danba via Jiajin Mountain, enjoying the highland scenery along the way. Overnight at local Tibetan home stay.

Meal: B, L, D

Visit Jiaju Tibetan Village, Suopo and Zhonglu Township, witness the authentic Tibetan way of life, including a visit to the local market. Overnight at local Tibetan home stay.

Meal: B, L, D

After breakfast, visit Garthar Chode Monastery at Bamei, built by the seventh Dalai Lama. Then head 120 km for Tagong (poor road condition), overnight at local home stay.

Explore the famous Lhakhang Monastery, and a local primary school sponsored by Switzerland. Clients can participate in teaching the local children here. Overnight at local home stay.

Home visit to local Tibetan herdsmen’s home, see the grand Tagong grassland. Overnight at local home stay.

After breakfast, head for Xinduqiao, a paradise for landscape photographers. Overnight at Kangding Hotel.

After breakfast, drive back to Chengdu via Ya’an.
