This half-day bike tour is elaborately designed for those active travelers seeking unique experience of Guilin. Unlike any regular tours provided by other local travel companies, you will ride mountain bikes to the rurality of Guilin, avoiding busy traffic and tourist flows, enjoying the view of stunning limestone hills, rice fields, old villages and zigzagging rivers. Enjoy the rice noodle lunch, a well-known local snack of Guilin. Join us for the 4-5 hour fun and rewarding trip on two wheels!

After making sure that all bikes work fine, we cycle together by the lakes into a street of less traffic until getting to the rural areas. The guide will be with you riding in the countryside, going through the rice fields and villages, you may have a chance to try local tofu jelly served with ginger+ brown sugar syrup.

Then we will go up to the north, riding along Li River, then explore flower/tree nuseries, a tea farm and prince mausoleum. You can learn about the knowledge of Chinese tea and the history of Guilin.

The Prince Jingjiang Mausoleums are tombs of 11 generations of Jingjiang royalty, and were buried in more than 300 tombs during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). This imperial burial site is located at the foot of Yao Mountain in the eastern suburb of Guilin, just 5 kilometers from the city center. For the imperial site, over 300 tombs are spread over 100 square kilometers.These Ming princes built their lavish tombs on the order of the famous Ming Tombs in Beijing. A sacred way will lead visitors from outer palace to the inner palace.
