Free time in the morning, you can explore the lovely village around. In the late morning, our guide will meet you at the hotel and lead you to visit Mutianyu Great Wall (round-way cable car) --the largest construction scale and best quality among all sections of Great Wall that connects with Jiankou in the west and Lianhuachi and Jinshanling in the east. In the afternoon, drive back to Beijing and go to 798 Art District, where houses a thriving artistic community of modern Chinese artists. Free time at the rest of the day.

Temple of Heaven

Pay a visit to the Summer Palace, which is a royal garden most completely preserved with richest landscapes and large compact buildings. It was listed as the world cultural heritage in 1998. In the afternoon, take a 3-wheel rickshaw to Hutong, namely Beijing's traditional alleyways, to see the local people's life and this tour will actually show old Beijing's timeless best to you. Besides, one-hour romantic boating at Shichahai Lake is planned.

Summer Palace

Free time in the morning, transfer to the airport and fly to Xian. Be met and transfer to hotel at downtown Xian. Learn to make Chinese dumplings at a local restaurant and enjoy dumpling meal. At night, Wonderful Tang Dynasty show is waiting for your appreciation.

Drive to visit Xian's highlight--Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is known as the eighth wonder of the world and a museum to display terra-cotta warriors and horses in Qin Dynasty. In the afternoon, visit the Bell Tower at the downtown. It was built in 1384 during the early Ming Dynasty with a height of 36 meters and covers an area of 1,377 square meters. Then a walk at the old quarters of the city for you to experience the real life of Xian people.

Transfer to airport and fly to "the Land of Gods" -- Lhasa, be met and transfer to check in hotel. Rest and Acclimatize.

Today, 3 highlights of attractions: first, Potala Palace--the landmark of the city and this stone-and-wood-structured palace consists of the White Palace and Red Palace. Second, Jokhang Temple-- located at the center of the old Lhasa and it is the spiritual center of Tibet with a history over 1,300 years. Third, Barkhor Street-- a circular street at the center of Lhasa which is the oldest street in a very traditional city of Tibet.

Potala Palace

Drive to see the holy lake - Yamdrok Lake. It is an over 72 km long freshwater lake and one of the three largest sacred lakes in Tibet. The lake is surrounded by many snow-capped mountains and is fed by numerous small streams.

Transfer to airport and fly to Chengdu. Be met and transfer to visit the 71-meter-high Leshan Stone-carved Buddha with a history of 1200 years. The Buddha is so big that its head is 14.7 meters long and 10 meters wide with total 1021 buns of hair on it, and his toenail can accommodate a seated person. Then transfer to stay at hotel in Ya'an city.

Half day of volunteer work at Bifengxia Panda Reserve. After lunch, drive back to Chengdu, visit Jinsha Site Museum, Contains 3,000 years-old artifacts, it complex covers 74 acres with big flat and spread-out modern-looking buildings.

Transfer to airport to fly to Shanghai. Visit the Bund and Nanjing Road by turns. Nanjing Road, 5.5 km in full length, enjoys the reputation as China No. 1 commercial center. It was the earliest commercial street along the Bund. Xintiandi commercial area is also in afternoon plan. At night, besides the glittering colonial buildings and bustling streets, optional acrobatic shows is available for those looking for eye-popping fun.

Around Shanghai, there are many famous water towns. Today we drive to the Qibao ancient town to see the elegant watery views there. Then visit the beautiful classical Chinese Garden Yu Garden which is just located in the heart of bustling Shanghai and the shopping area around it. Drive to Hengshan Road, which is one of the most romantic street in Shanghai, you can choose any of the bar or café to enjoy your private time.
