  • Dongxi Xiang (East-west Alley): a traditional culture street offers entertainment, food and shopping. You can taste varieties of local food and purchase luxury goods when visiting the historical attractions.

Your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby, and transfer you to the Daxu Ancient Town first. This ancient town retains its antique style from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Many local residents still keep their traditional handcraft and business, such as home workshops of rice wine, carpenters, bamboo baskets and traditional Chinese medical clinics.

Transfer back to the city and have lunch at the Guilin Jolie Vue Boutique Hotel – due to its unique location, you will have a good view of the Elephant Trunk Hill when having the delicious meal.

After lunch you will visit the Reed Flute Cave, known as "Natural Art Gallery" or an underground palace. It is famous for its fantastic stalactites and stalagmites formation which are illuminated by colorful lights.

End today’s trip at the Tea Institute. Located at the foot of Mt Yao, tourists from all over the world are warmly welcome to experience the tea leaves picking, visit the tea processing workshop, and enjoy the fabulous Chinese Tea Ceremony.
