In The morning, our guide will pick you up from hotel and drive 2 hours to Anxi. Anxi is a small and mountainous county in southeast of Fujian Province, the tea history can date back to Tang Dynasty (618-907). It is well known for a number of varieties of Oolong tea, the best-known of which is Tieguanyin. Upon arrival, we will head to visit Xiping Village, the home of the original Tieguanyin bush. Afterwards, go ahead to visit Tieguanyin Cultural Garden and Weiyin Tea Factory, here you will see the complete progress of tea planting and making. And you will have an in-depth knowledge of Chinese tea culture.
In the afternoon, move on to China Tea Capital, which is the largest wholesale market of Tieguanyin in China. Later today, drive back to Xiamen.

After breakfast, we will explore the downtown area of Xiamen. Our first stop would be South Putuo Temple (Nanputuo Temple), it is a famed Buddhist resort with delicate and chromatic carvings on the elaborate architectures. Cimbing up Wulao Peak, you can enjoy a bird's eye-view of Xiamen University and Xiamen Port. Next we will visit Hulishan Fortress. The fortress was built in late 19th Century when China was threatened by foreign invaders. It was an important defensive factor during the war against Japanese aggression in 1900 and 1937. Later, we will go to the Island Ring Road to appreciate the spectacular coastal scenery and stunning seascape along the endless coastline.
Afternoon take high speed train to Wuyishan.

This morning, you will visit Tianyou Mountain, which is the birthplace of China’s rock oolongs. You need to walk up and down the mountain for about 3.5 hours. Later go to Royal Tea Garden and learn about the history of Oolong Tea. After lunch, go to visit some tea factories, the tea artist will tell you that Oolong tea undergoes a few delicate processes in order to produce the unique aroma and taste. Typical Oolong tea is processed according to the different steps.

This morning we shall ride the bamboo raft down the Nine Bends River through the “Oolong Mountains and Cliffs” of the Tianyou Mointains. This is an essential experience to be able to see the terrain that formed these teas so many years ago.
In the afternoon, visit Dahongpao (Red Gown) and Water Curtain Cave – about 3 hours, you will see Dahongpao’s mother bush, which is over 350 years old, in a special park. On the way back from Water Curtain Cave, you can see a lot of tea gardens on the rock, where you can learn about rock tea. And go to a tea farmer’s house to taste special wild mushroom tea.

This morning we shall visit the historically and culturally important Xiamei Village. Many houses there are more than 300 years old, and still well preserved as they were long time ago. In 2005, Xiamei Village has been honored as one of the "the Famous Historic and Cultural Villages in China" by the Government. Besides, Xiamei Village is also widely known for its tea culture. Here we shall visit the Peach Blossom tea house for Xiamei Village and local area tea for assessment and evaluation.
Later, take high speed train to next destination. End of your 6 days Xiamen tea tour.
