Arrange decent insurance cover before you travel to China which would be helpful for something happening unexpected. We do arrange safe and comfortable china tours, as well as professional and helpful tour guide in every destination. But it would be more helpful to know how to deal with some common emergencies.

1.    Our guide will always meet you in the airport or railway station, actually, they are always at the meeting point 30 minutes before your arrival; If you can’t find your guide, just contact our sales consultant and we will solves the problem in minutes.

2.   When you enter the wrong pin number on ATM over 3 times, your card will be swallowed. Don’t worry; just take your passport or ID card to the counter of the bank, the bank staff will give it back to you.

3.  If you are lost on the way, just call your tour guide or travel consultant for help; it is recommend that you have the hotels’ name and address (as well as the name and number of guide or travel consultant) in Chinese version so that you can take a taxi back.

4.    If you lost your passport, ask for help from your guide and report to the nearest public security bureau immediately. A certificate of loss will be issued and you need to further apply new passport at the nearest embassy of your country. With the newly-issued passport, you need to go to PSB Foreign Affair Office to apply for a new visa, so that you can continue your trip. (These department are not open during weekend & holidays)

5.    If your credit card is lost, contact your credit card company immediately.

6.    If you lose something at hotel or in the street, please call the guide or the hotel staff for translation, and report to the local plice office.
