Day

On arrival in Tianjin International Cruise Home Port after your cruise trip, you will be met by your guide and then transfer to have a day tour in Tianjin city. Firstly, visit to Porcelain House (also called China House), a contemporary museum of pottery and antiques. Later, visit Shi Family Compound, located in Yangliuqing, Xiqing District. It is the former residence of wealthy merchant Shi Yuanshi – the 4th son of Shi Wancheng, one of the eight great masters in Tianjin. Now it serves as the folk custom museum with a large collection of folk art pieces like Yanliuqing New Year pictures, brick sculpture. After taking a walk at the Culture Street, which has different kinds of local snacks and shops for traditional folk arts, you will be transferred to Beijing and check in hotel. 

Porcelain House

After breakfast in hotel, you will be picked up from hotel and go for a guided city sightseeing. Visit Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world, and then explore the Forbidden City to view the former imperial palace with 600 years history. In the afternoon,visit Hutong (Beijing’s traditional alleyways) with a 3-wheel rickshaw ride to see the local Beijinger’s life. Enjoy Peking duck dinner at Huajiayiyuang, one of the most famous restaurants for roast duck meal.

Forbidden City

Excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall today. Drive around 1.5 hours out of downtown to Mutianyuan at the northeast, and then take cable car to the Great Wall on the ridges of the mountain. Take your time on the wall and then take cable car of toboggan slide to descend.  Drive back to Wangfujing Snack Street for a foodie trip. View and try all kinds of unique and delicious local snacks.

OPTIONAL NIGHT SHOWBeijing Kung Fu Show: A rare chance to watch the real Shaolin Kung Fu. The performers are the best and have mastered the difficult moves. 

Beijing Opera Show: It is one of the most famous traditional Chinese opera. The artists wear heavy make-up and act out the legends and romance with their unique style of singing and dance. 

View lovely pandas in Beijing Zoo this morning. Breakfast time in the cool morning is the best time to see pandas when they are most active. Later, you will visit the Temple of Heaven, which was included in the World Heritage List in 1998 and it is a well-preserved Altars building complex. Lunch will be the most original Beijing noodles. This afternoon, you will go to visit Panjiayuan Antique Market, a nice place to learn Chinese culture and purchase souvenirs for your family and friends.
