You will be picked up from hotel at around 8.30am and transfer to Longjing or Dragon Well Village. Lies at the southwest of the West Lake in Hangzhou, the village hides itself away on the Fenghuang Hill, surrounded by lush forests. All tea farms are on the mountain slope.You will take a walk in the tea farm and learn how to pick-up leaves. Later, learn full procedures of the traditional way of tea making in a local tea farmer's house. You will also have chance to learn tea ceremony and enjoy famous Longjin tea. After the tea culture exploration, you can take a leisure walk along the Nine Creeks Eighteen Streams walking path connected Longjing Village with outside world since ancient time.
Meijiawu tea farm is at the other side of Fenghuang Hill and enjoy same reputation as Longjing. If you're foodies, a tea flavor meal in this village is highly recommended. Shrimp Cooked with Longjing Green Tea (龙井虾仁) might be the most famous dish.
In the afternoon, you will visit Tea Museum to have more knowledge of Chinese tea culture, including tea history, tea category, tea utensils, etc. Transfer back to hotel after the visit to end this tea trip.
