OCT East Theme Park

Located in Dameisha, Shenzhen, about 40 minutes or so from central Shenzhen by bus or taxi, OCT East Theme Park is a resort destination comprising theme parks, hotels, a golf course and tea gardens which immerses guests in the beauty and nature of the land, with complete respect to Feng Shui and ecological awareness. Covering an area of 9 square kilometers (3.5 square miles), the park was opened in summer of 2007 built by OCT, one of the biggest real estate companies in Shenzhen.

The main attractions in OCT East Theme Park are the three major theme parks: Knight Valley, Tea Stream Valley and Wind Valley. Knight Valley gives guests a fantastic, Earthly-based utopia as the staging grounds for numerous adventures; including those into the ocean, under the surface of the Earth and beyond. Tea Stream Valley is a combination of western and eastern cultures, constructed based on many fundamental elements such as tea, Buddhism, follower and bamboo etc. It is also home to the Tea Show (pictured below), OCT's latest multimedia live entertainment spectacular, celebrating the famous drink and its links with Zen culture. Wind Valley features Olympic and golf sports, the Interlaken OCT Hotel, The Interlaken Spa, and the Tea Show. Visitors can indulge in simple, low energy pursuits in Tea Stream Valley and Wind Valley, ranging from cycling to hot air balloon rides, set amidst carefully planned pathways, waterways and real tea gardens high, high above the surrounding landscape.
